Cancellation policy
There is no call-out fee. If a booked job is cancelled after I have already set off, on arrival, or after time has been specifically reserved for the job, a cancellation fee may apply. The minimum cancellation fee is 50% of the initial quote. Any agreed special-order parts may also still be chargeable.
